Chantel Hampton is a distinguished musical entrepreneur, accomplished singer-songwriter, adept music producer, and astute businesswoman, renowned for her profound influence on the music industry.

In 2013, Chantel's exceptional talents led her to Berklee College of Music, where she assumed the role of Assistant Professor. Over the years, she has mentored and empowered over 2,000 aspiring musicians, instilling invaluable insights in show development, music business, songwriting, and professional skills. Her global impact is evident through her extensive travels, where she has led faculty teams, delivered enlightening lectures, and trained students and faculty alike.
Notably, Chantel has conducted masterclass presentations for esteemed institutions such as the Furtados Music School of Mumbai, India, The SJA Music Institute, CJ Foundation (Samsung) of Seoul, Korea, Conservatorio De Artes del Caribe, and The Apollo Theatre Education of Harlem, NY. In 2017, Chantel Hampton attained her Masters in Educational Leadership & Politics from New York University’s Steinhardt School.

Chantel's innovative spirit and creative brilliance are boundless. As the co-founder of Spectrum Music Group, LLC, she has made her mark as a versatile vocalist, recording engineer, and vocal arranger. Her contributions to RCA Music Group's Charlie Wilson's 2018 "In It To Win It" release earned her a well-deserved Grammy nomination for her work on Wilson’s “Made For Love” featuring Lalah Hathaway. Chantel's role as a vocalist and administrative consultant for 5-time Grammy Winner H.E.R’s tours and live appearances underscores her prominence in the industry. She has lent her vocal talents and administrative expertise to artists and entities including Jennifer Lopez, Disney, iHeart Radio, Teyana Taylor, Justine Skye, Muni Long, Jac Ross, Amazon Prime, Red Bull Productions, and more. In 2022, she not only penned and performed “24/7” for the Whitney Houston film, “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” but also contributed as a background vocalist and arranger for “Don’t Cry For Me.” In 2023, Chantel made her production debut with the legendary star Melba Moore and continues to serve as a mentor and consultant for emerging artists across the globe.

Currently, Chantel serves as the President of the 501(c)(3) organization S.T.A.N.D., Inc., and consults with creatives to develop community programming. Her unwavering commitment to mentorship and innovation continues to inspire and shape the future of the music industry.
