WHAT IS THE
REAL PROGRAM?​
The R.E.A.L. Program takes the fundamentals of ensemble practices and performance, production and engineering, business and leadership, and applies them to realistic music industry scenarios. This unique approach is designed to foster diverse musicians and leaders. Through an entertainment industry simulation format, the program will train and expose students to the basics of songwriting, production, audio engineering, recording, business, and performance through an entertainment industry simulation format.

In just a few short days, our talented students dove headfirst into the fundamentals of songwriting, co-producing their tracks and transforming foundational lessons into fully realized songs. This collection showcases their incredible ability to grasp core concepts and then rapidly apply them, with each student challenged to write 2-3 complete songs in a remarkably brief timeframe.
Beyond just writing and producing, they also received invaluable live performance coaching from our award-winning music industry instructors. From melody and harmony to lyrics and structure, these songs are a testament to their quick learning, collaborative spirit, and raw artistic expression. Prepare to be impressed by what can be achieved when passion, expert guidance, and a tight deadline collide!
