CBM MENTORSHIP
As a young creative in Boston, where there aren't many music industry professionals, whether you're in high school, college, or have taken a non-traditional path, you likely have questions or curiosity about your creative journey. From understanding how to approach pricing for your work and learning how split sheets function, to discovering other job opportunities in the music industry that you've never encountered—CBM recognizes these challenges. With a network of highly decorated music industry professionals passionate about educating the next generation, we aim to help you navigate your path and unlock your potential.

The CBM Mentorship Program is designed to connect aspiring musicians and music industry professionals with personalized mentorship opportunities. Tailored for high school students, college students, graduates, and creatives on non-traditional paths, this program bridges the gap between creative ambition and industry expertise in Boston’s evolving music landscape. Experienced mentors from CBM’s Professional Network will guide participants through essential aspects of the music industry, enhancing their skills and confidence as young creatives.
