
WHAT IS THE
REAL PROGRAM?

REAL is a program specifically designed for the purpose of taking the fundamentals of ensemble practices and performance, production and engineering, business and leadership, and applying them to realistic music industry scenarios in order to foster diverse musicians and leaders. The R.E.A.L Program will train and expose the students to the basics of songwriting, production, audio engineering, recording, business, and performance through an entertainment industry simulation format.

Who Can Participate? Students affiliated with organizations, churches, and community centers that service youth ages, 13- 18 years (6th-12th grade)
WHAT IS THE
CURRICULUM?

This 3-day intensive program, will walk students through the process of writing and producing an industry ready music. This program will carefully examine the process of artist, business & show development through the simulation of various scenarios ie: Live Tour, Live Broadcast and Pre-recorded performances. Students will be split into 3 concentrations based on their area of interest. Each will work with Lead Faculty, Teaching Assistants and Visiting Artists to complete their entertainment industry project
